Cast the Myr with mana value two or less in your hand by paying {0} due to Urza's Incubator. Urtet and Equilibrium trigger. Resolve the Urtet trigger, creating a 1/1 Myr artifact creature token. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Myr token, adding {U}. Resolve the Equilibrium trigger, causing you to pay {1} to return the Myr with mana value two or less currently on the battlefield to your hand. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times. At the beginning of your combat phase, Urtet's second ability triggers, untapping all Myr you control. You may then tap the Myrs using Urza's first ability, and use the mana to activate Urza's second ability any number of times.
