Activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying {2}{C}, blinking Drowner of Hope. When Drowner of Hope enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating two 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature tokens. Activate the Eldrazi Scions by tapping them, adding {2}. Activate an Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding {C}. Repeat. Once you have infinite tapped Eldrazi Scion tokens, you may sacrifice them for infinite {C}, and then forego tapping or sacrificing subsequent Eldrazi Scions.
