Activate at least four Birds, Frogs, Otters and/or Rats by tapping them, adding {2}{U}{U}. Cast Get Out by paying {U}{U}, targeting Stormchaser's Talent. Stormchaser's Talent's first ability, Valley Floodcaller and each creature you control that has prowess trigger. Resolve the Stormchaser Talent trigger, creating a 1/1 Otter creature token with prowess. Resolve each prowess trigger, if applicable, giving those creatures +1/+1 until end of turn. Resolve the Valley Floodcaller trigger, giving Birds, Frogs, Otters and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them. Resolve Get Out, returning Stormchaser's Talent from the battlefield to your hand. Activate at least four Birds, Frogs, Otters and/or Rats by tapping them, adding {2}{U}{U}. Cast Stormchaser's Talent by paying {U}. Valley Floodcaller and each creature you control that has prowess trigger. Resolve each prowess trigger, if applicable, giving those creatures +1/+1 until end of turn. Resolve the Valley Floodcaller trigger, giving Birds, Frogs, Otters and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them. Activate Stormchaser's Talent by paying {3}{U}, causing it to gain level 2. It then triggers, returning Get Out from your graveyard to your hand. Repeat.
