Activate The Chain Veil by paying {4} and tapping it, allowing all planeswalkers you control to activate their loyalty abilities and additional time this turn. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping the Chain Veil and the three mana-producing permanents. Repeat from step 1 until Teferi dies due to having zero loyalty. Cast Teferi from your command zone. Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by adding a loyalty counter to it, looking at the top two cards of your library and putting one card from the top of your library into your hand and the other onto the bottom of your library. Do this x times, where x is equal to one half times the number of times you activated The Chain Veil this turn minus four, rounded down.
