Mana Fixing & Mana Base
Requires account
Find out whether your mana base can actually cast your spells — and let Grimoria fix it.
The Mana Fixing Tab
For each colour in the deck, the Mana Fixing tab shows:
- Sources — Every card that can produce that colour, fetchlands included
- On curve — The share of that colour's cards you can expect to cast by the turn they cost. It assumes you are on the draw with no mulligans or card selection, so it reads stricter than published source tables
- Exceptions — The cards whose odds of being cast on curve fall below your target consistency. Raise the target to demand a more reliable mana base
Hover a source count or an exception for the maths behind it.
Mana Base Optimizer
Below the table, the Mana Base panel builds a package of lands to add and cut so every colour reaches its target:
- Land count — Suggested from your average mana value, discounted for cheap ramp and draw; override it if you know better
- Optimal or Owned only — Draft with the best lands, or only with lands from your collection
- Budget — Max spend and max per card, with Budget / Mid / Premium / Unlimited presets
- Package or Individual — Apply the whole plan at once, or swap lands one by one
Every change goes through the deck impact preview first, so you see the before and after before committing. Lands are labelled by cycle (fetch, shock, triome, surveil, check, pain…) so the plan reads at a glance.
Mana Coverage on the Curve
The mana curve widget on the Stats tab has a coverage mode that shows, per turn, the sources you are likely to have versus what your spells need — a quick sanity check before the detailed tab.
